Rembau CTC offers government mobile service to rural residents

REMBAU: The setting up of the Mobile Community Transformation Centre (Mobile CTC) at Dataran Rembau is to facilitate the public, especially rural residents , having dealings with government departments and agencies.
Rembau Member of Parliament Khairy Jamaluddin said more than 30 federal and state government departments and agencies would set up mobile counters, either in bus, van or tent, at the CTC to serve the public.
"This project is part of the programme under the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS) for the convenience of the rural community.
"Among the services available are application for MyKad, driving licence, health clinic and dental treatment. The local residents should take advantage of the services provided," he said at the launch of the Rembau Mobile CTC here today.
Also present were Negeri Sembilan State Assembly Speaker Datuk Dr. Awaludin Said and Director of the National Strategy Unit, Finance Ministry, Datuk Dr. Aminuddin Hassim. — Bernama
