May they rest in peace

The death has occurred of Colm O'Shaughnessy of Hyde Park Corner and formerly of Ravensdale, Dundalk, Co Louth

Peacefully on Tuesday 10th June 2025 in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Predeceased by his sister Frances. He will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his partner Annmarie Harmon, his son Malachy, daughter Orlaith, step-sons Keith and Darren, step-daughter Shauna, his parents Oliver and Briege, brothers Oliver, Paddy, Martin and Raymond, sisters Letta, Una, Olivia and Rachel, brothers and sisters in-law, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Annmarie's residence 54 Aghameen Park, Muirhevnamor, on Friday from 12 noon to 8pm. Funeral prayers at residence on Saturday afternoon at 1.45pm followed by removal to Lakelands Crematorium Cavan for service at 3.30pm. No flowers please. Donations if desired to a charity of your choice.

The death has occurred of Martin Molloy of Drumquill, Annyalla, Castleblayney, Co Monaghan and formerly Tallanstown, Dundalk Co Louth

On Wednesday 11 June, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his father Tommy. Deeply regretted and remembered with love by his heart broken family, his wife Roisín, daughters Anna and Aoife and his son Tomas, mother Rita, brother Eugene, sister Mary Jane, mother and father in-law Rosaleen and Hugh, brothers in-law Gennaro, Gary (Ciara), Hugh, Kevin and Declan, nephews Ardan and Conon, extended family, neighbours, and many friends.

Repsoing at his home in Drumquill on Thursday from 2pm until 8pm and again on Friday from 2pm until 8pm. House private to family outside of reposing times please. Funeral cortège will leave from his residence on Saturday morning at 10.30am to arrive at St Michael’s Church Annyalla for funeral mass at 11am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please donations if desired to Castleblayney Cancer Society C/o Wards Funeral Home or by donation box.

The death has occurred of Rose Callan (née Sharkey) of Cluide, Dunleer, Louth

Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff at Moorehall Lodge, Ardee, surrounded by her family. Rose, beloved wife of the late Leo. Predeceased by her parents Nicholas and Claire Sharkey, her brothers and sisters and extended family. Deeply regretted by her sister Kathleen (Toronto), sisters-in-law Mary (Sharkey) and Angie (Callan), nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Connor’s Funeral Home Dunleer. Removal on Thursday to Saint Brigid’s Church, Dunleer arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Dromin Cemetery.
